The Arcam AVA25 is the culmination of nearly 50 years of ARCAM mastery in sound design, built for those who demand nothing less than excellence. Engineered in Cambridge, UK, it combines advanced Class AB amplification — developed entirely in-house — with the full suite of immersive audio formats for a performance that feels alive: rich, detailed and effortlessly cinematic.

Class AB Amplification — Richer, More Musical Sound

Where most AV amplifiers rely on Class D, the AVA25 uses Arcam's own Class AB design for a warmer, more musically engaging character. Nine amplified channels deliver 120W per channel into 8Ω (all channels driven), rising to 160W into 4Ω — with 16 preamp outputs for expansion to full 16-channel configurations using external amplification.

Every Immersive Format — Dolby Atmos, DTS:X, IMAX Enhanced & AURO-3D

The AVA25 decodes Dolby Atmos, Dolby TrueHD, DTS:X, DTS HD Master, MPEG-H, IMAX Enhanced and AURO-3D — covering every major immersive audio format. Layouts up to 7.1.2 or 5.1.4 are driven natively, with Dolby Atmos Height Virtualisation and DTS Virtual:X for upmixing from non-height sources.

Dirac Live Room Correction

Included Dirac Live room correction with measurement microphone tailors the sound precisely to your room. Upgrade further with optional Dirac Live Bass Control and Dirac Live Active Room Treatment for complete acoustic optimisation.

HDMI 2.1a — 8K, 4K/120Hz & Multi-Zone

Seven HDMI 2.1a inputs and three outputs (HDCP 2.3) — two for Zone 1, one for Zone 2 — support up to 8K/60Hz or 4K/120Hz with VRR, ALLM, and full HDR including Dolby Vision, HDR10+ and HLG. eARC on Zone 1 Output 1.

Streaming & Wireless

Roon Ready, Apple AirPlay, Google Cast, Spotify Connect, TIDAL Connect and Qobuz Connect, plus Internet Radio, Podcasts and UPnP. Dual-band Wi-Fi and Bluetooth 5.4 with Snapdragon Sound and Auracast. Controlled via the ARCAM Radia App for iOS, Android and Windows.
